IPM provides general information and introduces buyers to independent licensed agencies. This page explains how IPM is paid and the commercial relationship behind every introduction.
How we're paid
You don't pay IPM anything. IPM is paid a marketing fee by Elite Property DXB. This fee doesn't change the price you pay.
For properties outside Dubai, Elite works with, and may share its commission with, a licensed local agency partner. This doesn't change IPM's fee or the price you pay.
How we manage it
We don't provide personal financial, tax, legal or property advice. Listings come directly from the agency feed, and IPM doesn't choose which properties appear. We always recommend you take independent professional advice before any decision.

Data sharing
Our written agreement with Elite Property DXB requires Elite to protect your information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles, notify IPM of any data breach, pass these obligations on to its own service providers, and help with access and correction requests. See our Privacy Policy.
This relationship is disclosed at the point of enquiry, in the acknowledgement on every enquiry form.
